About CISD
During my tenure as Trustee, Conroe ISD has grown by over 50% to more than 74,000 students across 70 campuses. We successfully managed this rapid growth, and CISD continues to be an exceptional school district where All means All.
Conroe ISD has received countless awards for academic achievement, fiscal responsibility, and work culture.
I am proud to have played a part in these many successes during my three terms as a Trustee.
Our Mission
The ongoing mission is simple:
- Put our children’s and staff’s safety first.
- Ensure all children of CISD are provided with an exceptional, well-rounded education.
- Equip our educators and administrators with the resources needed for success and foster a collaborative relationship between our educators and the Board.
- Maintain a conservative fiscal policy.
SAVE our Schools
CISD educators and administrators have dedicated their lives to the continued success of our exemplary school district.
Unfortunately, our public schools recently have come under attack by political entrepreneurs opposed to public education seeking to sow division at the expense of our children.
These same forces are one board seat away from gaining a majority on the CISD board and using their platform to fight culture wars for their political patrons rather than fighting for all the children of our district.
We cannot sit idle and let decades of hard work be torn down this November by well-organized culture warriors seeking to use our school district as their battlefield.
If reelected, I will continue to focus on shared goals and priorities, rather than individual agendas, and ensuring opportunities for success for all CISD students.
